Mission:
Messina Hof does not have a written mission statement; however the management philosophy is as stated.
"Messina Hof’s pledge to its employees is that as long as the affairs of this company are in our hands the following principles will govern the relations with our employees. Messina Hof employees and their welfare are very important to the success of our company. Our long-range objective is the continuous development of a growing and prospering business through which both the employees and the company will benefit. Every employee is considered a member of our company family. Our success as a company is built on the recognition of skills and efforts made by each member of our team in fair and friendly manner and treating each team member with dignity and respect. The management of Messina Hof will work for the benefit of our present and prospective customers, clients and vendors, as well as our employees, to improve the competitive position of our company. This will enable us to provide superior jobs for our team members. General conditions such as safety, cleanliness, and employee accommodations will be evaluated periodically for improvement and will always compare favorably with good industry practice. We will meet with any employee to discuss suggested improvements in working conditions. We will honor and abide by the provisions of our Employee Information Handbook. This handbook is meant to set policy and is to be used only as a guideline. I do reserve the right to change or modify the contents of the handbook at any time without any prior notice to employees. No one else can alter it without the written authorization of the President or CEO. Upon change of policy employees will be notified within 72 hours of its printing. We will devote our best efforts to conducting and expanding our business within which will prevail an atmosphere of harmony with opportunity for all."

Messina Hof is located just East of Bryan, Texas, on Old Reliance Rd. On the property there is the Guest Center, The Villa Resort, and The Vintage House Restaurant. Messina Hof produces over forty different types of wines, which are all produced and bottled right here in Bryan. People visit Messina Hof all year, either to stay at The Villa and relax, to take one of our world famous tour and tastings, or to dine at our gourmet restaurant.
