Messina Hof does not have a written mission statement; however the management philosophy is as stated.

Our long-range objective is the continuous development of a growing and prospering business through which both the employees and the company will benefit. Messina Hof is located just East of Bryan, Texas, on Old Reliance Rd. On the property there is the Guest Center, The Villa Resort, and The Vintage House Restaurant. Messina Hof produces over forty different types of wines, which are all produced and bottled right here in Bryan. People visit Messina Hof all year, either to stay at The Villa and relax, to take one of our world famous tour and tastings, or to dine at our gourmet restaurant.




Job Description:

My duties are to give scheduled tours throughout the day to visitors of the winery, lead wine tastings, stock items, make retail sales (in person and over the phone), do inventory, run the cash register, and help customers with questions about the winery and our products. From time to time I am also expected to oversee the Villa, which is the bed and breakfast. This includes setting up and presenting wine and cheese tastings, setting up for a formal champagne breakfast, and staying overnight to manage the Villa’s operations.


Requirements & Qualifications:

• Good people skills

• Organization

• The ability to work as a part of a team and alone

• Basic knowledge of computers

• Basic knowledge of wine

• The ability to multitask
