Mission Statement -

By designing programs that are thought provoking, interactive, and fun, we help people experience the connection between communication, leadership, and teamwork. We provide top quality facilities and knowledgable, experienced facilitators. --- You provide the potential.

Job Description -

Helping create programs that accomplish ChallengeWorks' mission. ChallengeWorks has a broad array of groups that participate at the ropes course. Not only are you working high ropes challenges, but also a large span of different low activities that get patrons to think about team work on different levels. Your job requires you to eventually become a facilitator and run groups on your own. Also ChallengeWorks is on a 20 acre piece of land that needs regular maintenance. You will be asked to help in the up keep of the area.

Requirements -

Be willing to work. Love working with people. Knowledge of ropes courses. Ability to think outside of the box.

Benefits -

Learning from some of the greatest facilitators in the state of Texas. Getting to be outside. Meeting all different types of people.
